My Philosophy
Too often, it takes illness to make us appreciate good health.
Good health comes from a healthy lifestyle encompassing suitable nutrition, exercises/movements, restorative sleep, stress and emotions management, etc.
The health expectations and goals for a 20 year old will be different from that of an 80 year old person.

My role as a practitioner is to inspire you to reconnect with your inner healer, to use my training and experience to guide you in discovering the optimal nutrition, exercise and lifestyle that work for you, and to support your efforts and health goals with this 2000 year old proven medicine called Acupuncture.
